Founded by Nas Malik, a maths specialist and education professional with over 20 years’ experience working with students, parents, and schools across Scotland. After beginning his career with the Scottish Government in Edinburgh and completing postgraduate study in education at the University of Strathclyde, Nas saw firsthand how difficult it was for families to find qualified tutors who truly understand individual learning needs and work collaboratively to deliver real progress.

To solve this, Nas led a team of educators and technology specialists to build a secure, custom platform that connects students, parents, and approved high-quality tutors in one collaborative space. With clear progress tracking, shared learning insights, secure communication, and interactive virtual classrooms powered by multimedia tools, every online learning class is focused and personalized.

Supported in 2024 by the University of Strathclyde Inspire Hub, Expert Tutor blends educational expertise with modern technology to deliver a safe, transparent, and results-driven learning experience families can trust.
